EMHS Weekly Rundown | October 12-16

Good morning Griffin families!

We know you join the EMHS community on wishing congratulations to our Senior Boys Cross Country team on winning back-to-back City Championships last week to round out their season.  Another huge congratulations to our Intermediate Girls team on capturing the City Championship making history by bringing home the first-ever girls cross country banner in Ernest Manning history! Fantastic work by all our athletes who competed this season and good luck to our athletes that will be competing in provincials on October 17th in Edmonton @ Rundle Park!

Before we head into our next week of classes and activities, we would like to take the opportunity to wish all our families a Happy Thanksgiving this weekend, an opportunity for all of us to reflect on what we are most thankful for. As a complement to all the detailed information on the Ernest Manning Website, we bring you this edition of the Weekly Rundown.

ACADEMIC INTEGRITY GUIDELINES

At Ernest Manning High School we take academic integrity seriously. As such, we have collectively elaborated Academic Integrity Guidelines that teachers will formally be informing students of starting this coming week. Working in partnership with you and your children, we will educate students as well as holding them to account for their assessments, ensuring they are not only academically prepared for their next steps, but also have the habits of mind and character to enter the world of advanced education and/ or work.

If you have any questions regarding our guidelines, please reach out to any staff member.
