Yoga 25
Prerequisite: Yoga 15
Building on the foundations of Yoga 15, this intermediate course is designed for students looking to refine their practice, enhance body awareness, and explore the deeper physical and mental benefits of yoga. Through consistent participation in various yoga styles, students will improve strength, flexibility, and balance, while developing a more personalized approach to their practice. This course introduces a more in-depth study of anatomy and physiology as it relates to yoga. Students will explore skeletal and muscular structures and identify their role in different yoga poses. By combining movement and mindfulness, this course empowers students to take their yoga journey to the next level and experience its transformative benefits in everyday life.
Yoga 35
Prerequisite: Yoga 25
This advanced yoga course is designed for students who are ready to refine and personalize their yoga practice while exploring the fundamentals of teaching and guiding others. Students will deepen their understanding of yoga anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, applying this knowledge to enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness in their own practice. Building on previous coursework, students will: Perfect their asana practice with advanced postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. With a focus on self-growth and leadership, students will gain confidence in guiding others through practice, applying their knowledge to create safe, effective, and intentional yoga experiences.
