The CAREERS Internship Fairs connect Alberta high school students with paid internship opportunities through off-campus education. Students and parents are invited to attend these free internship fairs to connect directly with employers from in-demand industries. The fairs provide an opportunity to learn about paid student internships, off-campus education options, and career pathways available to Alberta youth while still in high school.
Why Attend a CAREERS Internship Fair?
Attending a CAREERS Internship Fair allows students to:
- Learn about paid internship opportunities for high school students
- Meet employers actively hiring youth in Alberta
- Explore off-campus education and work-integrated learning pathways
- Discover careers in high-demand industries
- Pre-register for a chance to win door prizes
Parents are encouraged to attend alongside students to learn more about how paid internships support career exploration, skill development, and post-secondary planning.
