Dear Ernest Manning High School Parents and Guardians,
On behalf of all EMHS staff, I want to wish you and your families a safe, restful, and well-deserved summer.
This year has been exceptional as we’ve continued to build a culture where meaningful learning, personal growth, and academic achievement are at the heart of everything we do. A personal highlight for me as principal has been witnessing the meaningful relationships formed between students and staff—both in the classroom and through the many extracurricular opportunities that bring our school to life. Our staff consistently share how much they value our students’ commitment to learning and the kindness they show one another.
To our graduating Grade 12s
Thank you for your leadership, spirit, and the positive mark you've left on EMHS. You are a remarkable group of young adults, and we’re confident that you’ll go on to do amazing things. Best wishes as you begin the next chapter of your lives.
To our returning Grade 10 and 11 students
We’re excited to continue this journey with you. Your leadership will be key in shaping a school culture grounded in care, belonging, and respect—a place where every individual’s uniqueness is valued and supported.
Thank you all for making this year so memorable. As we transition into summer, we want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared. Together, we’ve navigated challenges, adapted to change and continued to foster an environment where students can grow, learn, and thrive. Whether through embracing new learning opportunities, overcoming obstacles, or celebrating our successes, the resilience and dedication shown by our students, staff, and families has been truly inspiring.
