Instructions:

• All Semester 2 timetable requests/changes MUST go through this form
• All Semester 2 CBE Learn requests must go through this form
• No emails or Drop Ins to your advisor for timetable changes- use the form (you can describe and explain as needed)
• Changes will start after winter break. Changes will continue until January 26^th in the order they are received.
• There will be call downs on the first two days of semester 2 after the form closes.

Again- DO NOT drop in to request changes in-person or email advisors. All changes must go through this form.
