READ these guidelines:
1- Only ONE submission per student. Use ONE form submission to request ALL changes. (You can type in additional notes if required)
2- All schedules are subject to change up until the first full week of February. Requesting courses can result in changes to your overall timetable as not every class is available in every period.
3- Teacher requests cannot be made
4- Courses cannot be moved to different periods because of other commitments. Students are expected to be available for classes during school hours.
5- Use ONLY this form to communicate course change requests and SEMESTER 2 CBE LEARN (on-line) course requests (DO NOT email your counselor. Only this form will be looked at for course change requests)
6- Student advisors will begin working on timetable changes when they return from Winter Break.
7- Student advisors will contact you if there are questions regarding your schedule. If changes were possible, it will be reflected in PowerSchool after January 7th.
8- Due to the high volume of requests, drop-ins, phone calls and emails CANNOT be processed.
9- Summer School Registration is not open until May 2025
